Julie M. Benz born 1 May 1972 is an American actress best known for portraying Rita Bennett as Rita Bennett Dexter in which she was awarded the Satellite Award for 2005 for the best female supporting performance in a Series/Mini-Series/Motion Picture Made for Television. Her appearance was on the T.V. show No Ordinary Family from its beginning until May 13th, 2011. Darla from Buffy the Vampire Slayer was her best-known role.
